At Trust Your Compass, I want you to feel confident and supported in your purchase.
This policy explains how refunds are handled for digital products and coaching services.
📦 Digital Products
(e.g. PDFs, audio guides)
Because these are instant downloads, they cannot be refunded once purchased.
If you accidentally bought the same product twice, please email me at hello@trustyourcompass.co.uk and I’ll fix it for you.
🌟 Coaching Packages
(Reset & Rise, Walking in Nature)
- Discovery Calls are always free.
- For paid packages, you may cancel and request a refund up to 7 days before the first session.
Once coaching sessions have started, refunds are not available, but you can:
- Reschedule sessions (24 hours’ notice required)
- Transfer unused sessions to someone else with my agreement.
